With increasing consumption, service quality also become an important factor for consumers choose Analysing effect on pricing, demand, profits under centralised decentralised decisions helps industry sustainably. study found level TPP a positive channel pricing while effects OTA TA affected by sensitivity consumer testing cross-channel prices services. results comparative analysis show supply chain members cannot reach optimal state decision method. Supply optimisation is achieved through wholesale price contracts coordinating distribution among members.
